  They can't even offer any kind of service nor anyone else in my area. Which is bs. Someone should be able to offer us in my area. It would be more revenue for the company. Satelite sucks we need more providers in my area just outside of Indian River along Interstate 75 on the East side. I would rate them a zero if I could for not being able to offer any kind of service since this is 2017 for God sakes. We are not in a 3rd world country.

  Had to exchange my internet modem (first time for me) since mine broke and was sent to Petoskey. The exchange went quickly but my internet still wouldn't work after hooking it back up. I ended up calling charter again. Petoskey had never deactivated the modem from it's previous account, much less put it on our account. The lady behind the counter basically just swapped it out and left me to spend over an hour on the phone trying to sort it out with Charter. So, heads up if you're sent there:. Make sure they've actually put the modem on your account.
